Big Wheel Overview

The Big Wheel is a larger alternative to the standard Wheel. Its five-block diameter raises the axle and places more tread against the ground, which can help a cargo vehicle clear uneven terrain.

A Big Wheel does not rotate on its own. Mount each wheel on a Bearing, connect the drive bearings to an engine, and verify the direction of every connection before adding cargo.

Build and Tune the Axle

  • Leave clearance around the full five-block diameter through steering and suspension travel.
  • Use matching wheel, bearing, and suspension placement on both sides of an axle.
  • Test steering lock and body roll with the normal storage load installed.
  • Keep the axle low enough for stability while preserving the ground clearance the larger radius provides.

Recipe and Data Boundary

The structured recipe and physical ratings below come from the checked 1.0.1.869 game data set. Keep that source version separate from the live site version until the values are re-extracted or confirmed in a later build.
