A Repair Station, Not a Full Workshop Replacement

The Portable Craftbot fits a recovery truck, mining support vehicle, or long-range hauler. Its value is the ability to turn carried material into basic repair supplies without returning to base.

Mount it inside the wheelbase and leave the front interaction face accessible. Its durability rating is 4 / 10, so exposed placement on a bumper or drill head risks losing the station when the vehicle takes a hit.

Choose the Cheaper Route You Already Support

  • Use the Workbench route early when Scrap Metal is available but refined Metal is still limited.
  • Use the Craftbot route after the workshop can reliably produce Metal Block Level 1.
  • Carry a small Circuit Board reserve separately so the recovery station can replace electronic parts after a breakdown.
