Construction sequence

Do not place the next system until the checkpoint under the current stage is true. That keeps steering, motion, power, and storage failures separate.

Stage goal

Build the truck without collectors

Prove steering, suspension, and braking on a bare utility chassis.

  1. Build a low 14 × 24 frame with a reinforced module end.
  2. Mount six suspension units at matching settings.
  3. Road-test using temporary weight equal to two loaded collectors.

Define the resource path

Keep loose logs and stone away from wheels and the seat.

  1. Mark the entry side for loose resource objects.
  2. Add side boundaries leading toward the collectors.
  3. Leave an open manual unloading side.

Attach a serviceable module

Let the collection section fail without disabling the truck.

  1. Mount both collectors low and close to the wheelbase.
  2. Use a short reinforced interface, not decorative bodywork.
  3. Keep weld points and the module Switch visible.

Tune the full return load

Make the loaded trip the final acceptance test.

  1. Fill or simulate both collectors.
  2. Drive the roughest part of the planned route.
  3. Adjust suspension equally by axle and keep engine power below rollover speed.

Run these checks with the normal load fitted. If one fails, make the listed physical change and repeat that same test before changing another variable.
