Watering chain check
| Stage | What must be true | Fast proof |
|---|---|---|
| Collection | Vacuum Pump is In and aimed at water | Container count increases |
| Storage | Water Container has free capacity | Bucket can draw stored water |
| Delivery | Water Cannon has a water supply | Manual trigger fires water |
| Coverage | Jet reaches the crop tile | One dry plant changes state |
| Automation | Sensor or Controller sends the expected signal | Manual bypass still works |
Separate Storage from Aiming
Mount the Water Container where its mass is stable and the Cannon where it can reach the target. A compact farm machine is easier to tune when refilling, aiming, and activation are treated as separate problems.
- Test coverage on the nearest and farthest crop row.
- Prove the cannon with a manual Button before using Sensors or Controllers.
- Keep a Water Bucket nearby for recovery.
- If the pump works but the cannon does not, inspect the water supply and trigger as separate connections.
